1. We demand the unconditional freedom of the people of Cuba under a multiparty system of government democratically elected at all levels and with complete guarantee of freedom of expression for all, including the government's detachment from the country’s media.
2. The repeal of the illegitimate communist constitution of 1976 and the establishment of a Sovereign Constitutional Assembly to draw amendments to the Democratic Constitution of 1940, including the absolute adhesion to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights of the United Nations and the abolition of the death penalty. These amendments should be ratified by the elected representatives.
3. The establishment of a state based on the rule of law that will guarantee equality to all citizens before the law, without discrimination based on race, sex, ethnic group, or religious beliefs and which will end the system of oppression and apartheid established under the communist regime.
4. The dissolution of all political, propagandistic, and repressive organizations created by the communist regime since January, 1959, with a renewed emphasis on the development of independent civic institutions that will forge democracy for the new society.
5. Unconditional and immediate amnesty for all political prisoners.
6. Free access to Cubans and their children, who live outside the country, to enter and cave the country at will, and enjoy the same citizenship rights as those who live inside the Country.
7. The commitment to fund a first-rate free educational system, without political orientation as well as a basic health system that can be afforded by the poorest ones.
8. The recognition of private property and free enterprise as the main pillars for boosting the country's well-being along with a guarantee to workers of their right to organize independent labor unions that will promote their collective interests.
9. The restructuring of the armed forces and ensuring its strict separation from the economic and political activities and responsibilities of the country.
10. Once democracy has been established, lobby for the lifting of the United States commercial embargo and for the opening to foreign economic aid until Cuba can establish a basis for its economic recovery.

La solución de cuba es una sola.
“Cuba Estado Libre Asociado de USA,” lo demás es perder el tiempo.
Ninguna organización del exilio cubano, ni ninguna organización disidente en cuba va a triunfar partiendo que cuba es una nación, cuba es una nación artificial y como nación artificial el pueblo cubano actúa.
En primera gran % del pueblo cubano de la isla sabe que si ponen el muerto, no hay garantía que no se encarame otro dictador, es decir lo mismo que les paso a muchísimos cubanos que pelearon para quitar el dictador Batista y les vino la traición con la dictadura de los hermanos Castro.
¿Y porque sucedió?
Porque una característica de una nación artificial es que gran % de sus nativos no generan estabilidad política.
Segundo no se puede partir de una futura cuba desde la base de desigualdad.
¿Cuál desigualdad?
Grandes % de cubanos con ciudadanía de USA y grandes % de cubanos sin ciudadanía de USA.
Lo mismito que pasa en Haití.
Grandes % de haitianos con ciudadanía de USA y grandes % de haitianos sin ciudadanía de USA.
Y esa desigualdad es el A, B, C base, una de las causas de la pobreza en Haití.
Otra característica de un lugar nación artificial es que determinados % de sus pobladores tienen doble moral es decir la manipulación.
1. Decir que el cubano no quiere ser nacional de USA sin hacer elecciones verdaderas, entre verdaderos oponentes donde un candidato que simpatice por cuba Estado Libre Asociado de USA participe y pierda.
2. Cubanos (%) que han renunciado a la ciudadanía de cuba delante de un juez de USA y optado por ciudadanía de USA para ellos y su familia inmediata y después hablar y presentarse como recalcitrantes independentistas cubanos. Por favor con el cuento a otro lado.

Cubanos (%) que han renunciado a la ciudadanía de cuba delante de un juez de USA y optado por ciudadanía de USA para ellos y su familia inmediata y después cuando les conviene no son Estado Unidenses si no cubanos solamente y cuando no les conviene son Estado Unidenses solamente y no cubanos. Eso se llama trajín y el trajín trae relajo y el relajo no es bueno porque ahí tenemos la dictadura de mas de 50 anos en cuba que tiene cogido a gran % de los cubanos para el trajín y para el relajo.
Se presenta la necesidad en cuba de elecciones de verdad, entre verdaderos oponentes donde un candidato que simpatiza con cuba Estado Libre Asociado de USA se presente y si gana por mas % hacer gestiones legales antes las autoridades de USA para que todos los cubanos sean ciudadanos de USA y tengan la protección de la constitución de USA.
